Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at Customersupport@sinsefresh.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

The infuser has been designed to reduce the chances of your hands coming into contact with the sharp blades during operation. The handle features an electrical contact point that connects and pairs with the lid. The infuser will not work if the lid is not properly seated onto the glass chamber and locked into the chambers handle. Lightly push the lid down onto the top of the glass infusion chamber and lightly spin the lid clockwise until it locks into place. If this does not remedy the issue, please contact our support team

The Infuser has been designed to power off when it detects that the infusion chamber is tilted, lifted off the base or has been knocked over. It will also power off when it detects an uneven wobble during operation. If this occurs, unplug the device from the electrical outlet and remove the contents inside that are causing the machine to wobble during operation. Touching hard or pushing the infuser slightly during operation can cause it to detect the movement and power off.  If this does not remedy the issue, please contact our customer support team

The times, temperatures, and blade speeds can ONLY be adjusted PRIOR to starting the decarb or infusion process. The infusers Time Temp and Blade Speeds have all been preset at the factory to a universal time temp and speed based on the user filling the chamber to its max capacity. The infusers times, temperatures and blade speeds can ALL be customized or changed to the users' preferences by tapping the preferred setting on the control panel. After selecting the correct setting, lightly tap the up and down arrow located at the bottom of the control panel to adjust it to your desired setting. The times, temperatures, and blade speeds can ONLY be adjusted PRIOR to starting the decarb or infusion process. After you have started the infusion or decarb process, you cannot adjust the settings. To re-adjust the setting, hit the stop button and reset it to your preferred settings and then hit start. If this does not remedy the issue, please contact our customer support team

The Infusers buttons work by utilizing the electrical charge from your finger. If you are wearing gloves or not fully touching the button with the pad of your finger, then the infuser will not work properly. Many times, this problem occurs when using the very tip of your finger. Try using the bottom flat portion of your thumb or finger to fully cover the button. Lightly tap your desired button and make sure to fully cover the button to complete the circuit. If this does not remedy the issue, please contact our customer support team.

The infusers glass chamber was designed to sit perfectly in the center of the base with the handle positioned on the right side to allow the electrical connections to properly connect. The infuser was also designed with a silicone rubber electrical port cover on the bottom side of the glass infusion chamber. This cover is to help protect it from water when cleaning the device. Please make sure this cover is not covering the electrical port when trying to dock your glass infusion chamber. If the silicone cover on bottom is covering the electrical port, then the infuser will not sit properly and will not connect to the electrical port on the base. Another potential problem could be that your gear on the top of the base or the one on the bottom of the glass chamber is broken. Please check to make sure the gears line up and are not damaged. If damaged, do not use product, please contact our customer support team

Our real-time temperature sensors measure the liquid temperature at the bottom of the infuser, near the heating element. Because it is located at the base of the chamber, the temperature shown on the display closely reflects the actual temperature of the liquid in that portion of the infuser. When the blade spins, it mixes the warmer liquid at the bottom with slightly cooler liquid from the top of the chamber. This mixing can cause a short, temporary drop in the displayed temperature. Within a few seconds, the heating element brings the mixture back to an even, consistent temperature, ensuring thorough and uniform heating throughout the infusion process.

If your infuser malfunctions, shorts out, does not turn on, or appears damaged, discontinue use immediately. For your safety, do not attempt to repair the unit yourself. Please contact our customer support team for assistance and next steps.
