SinseFresh® Limited One-Year Warranty
SinseFresh warrants that the SinseFresh Oil & Butter Infuser is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended household use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty extends only to the original, end-user purchaser and is valid solely within the United States.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects or failures that occur during normal operation when the product is used in accordance with the provided instructions. If a covered defect is confirmed, SinseFresh, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the product. SinseFresh reserves the right to replace the product rather than issue a refund, and replacement of the product fulfills all obligations under this limited warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage occurring during shipping or handling, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper operation, unauthorized modification or repair, or use outside of normal intended operation. Damage resulting from accidents, drops, impacts, or improper cleaning is not covered. Broken or cracked glass infusion chambers are expressly excluded from warranty coverage regardless of cause. Commercial or non-household use is also excluded.
This warranty does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized sellers, third-party resellers, or non-authorized marketplaces. It also does not apply to secondhand, used, refurbished, open-box, liquidation, clearance, or “as-is” products, or to products that have been previously returned, resold, or redistributed, including items originally sold by authorized sellers and later returned to inventory or resold. SinseFresh reserves the right to reject any warranty claim if the product’s purchase history cannot be verified as a new product sold by an authorized seller.
Prior to contacting SinseFresh customer support or returning any product, the customer must complete a Return Authorization (RA) Form. The RA Form is located at the bottom of the warranty page on our website and is required to initiate the warranty review process. Products returned without a completed RA Form may not be accepted or processed.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product to SinseFresh headquarters for inspection. SinseFresh is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment. If the product is determined not to be eligible for warranty coverage, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for the product to be sent back.
Once the product is received by the SinseFresh customer support team, the warranty claim will be approved, denied, or additional information will be requested within thirty (30) days. SinseFresh reserves the right to request photographs, video, or other documentation to assist in evaluating the claim.
A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for the SinseFresh Oil & Butter Infuser. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SinseFresh shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the product. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
